The company has finalised its investment into the online personal finance management platform, in which it has been investing since 2009 (jointly with other companies). As a result, Taskscape Ltd has finalised rights to acquire SpendingTracker (BudzetDomowy.pl on the Polish market).
Company will continue to invest in the online portal, as well as the online platform providing personal finance advice, as well as personal finance management application (also available under the same name). Along with the copyrights, the company acquired over 10 thousand active user accounts, along with user's bank accounts history and user's financial assets portfolio.
The investment guarantees ongoing support for the project still offered on the Polish market, originally funded by the EU Structural Funds, The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP).
