Users who encounter a restricted entry can utilize the built-in workflow to request access. This action generates a notification for the entry owner, who can then approve or decline the request directly from their dashboard, streamlining team collaboration without compromising security.

To maintain accountability, SecureVault features a comprehensive change history system. Every creation or update operation appends a snapshot to the entry's history, providing a transparent, read-only audit trail of every version.
